Hi captjoe, thanks for replying and so quickly.

On the SEC etc, I didn't mean they were liable I just wondered if under US Finance/ Trading laws etc if the courts seek money from the guilty party, does any of this get issued to the affected shareholders via a fund of some type; or if there was some legal investor protection etc for such cases.

I was referring to the guy from Long Beach who has been charged with running the pump and dump scheme that involved RUNU. I know it is a small amount compared to other cases but just wondered if any fund etc existed that could be used to compensate investors that were affected if the charges hold up against him.

I filed a complaint on RUNU to the SEC back in March 2009 after the reverse split on the 10th March 2009, as there was no information about this available to shareholders at all and it was ni on impossible to get any information out of RUNU on the matter. The website at the time as you will know, http://www.rudybeverageinc.com/, was given as 'being under development' and there was no contact information available publically to shareholders.

I will continue to check IH every now and then. Thanks very much again for the updates you give captjoe. This has certainly been a lesson for an investor such as myself, and the information coming out about pump and dumps etc is very useful and is taken on board.

I think when you fall foul of such schemes then you really learn the lesson, which you might not by just reading about it.

Thanks again

Cheers Cel
